How To Place A Personalised Doormat Order:
1. Add your text in the personalisation field
Example: Line1 - Welcome to Nicola & Jame's in script font, Line2 - Lovely House in bold square font (Attach an inspo image to an email if you have one)
2. Make your purchase
We will confirm your design back to you with mock-ups. We can make alterations until you are happy with your design then we can make your mat.
We can also print your logo or image, just send it via Etsy messages after ordering.
Your doormat is made of 100% natural coir and are great for preventing dirt and mud from tracking inside your home. Each mat is hand painted with industrial UV exterior acrylic paint and sealed with a resistant sealant to help protect the design from wear and fading. We do however, recommend keeping it in a dry, covered area to prolong the life of your design. Excess water will cause fading of your design.
Mats are made from natural coir fibres and may have small chunks of imperfection and different variances of colour. Coir is made from the husks of coconuts and some fibres might be thicker or thinner than others such is the nature of coir.
Bulk Wholesale Order
Order processing time is 2-5 business days (this is how long it will take from date of purchase until it is despatched). If you require an urgent order, please message us before placing an order and we can confirm how quickly we can make your order. We use a 1-2 business day shipping service, however we do recommend to allow up to 4 days for any unexpected courier delays that will be beyond our control, once your order has been despatched.
Each mat is rolled for it's protection then placed inside a heavy duty poly bag for shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number from our courier company.
Free pick up is available in Burwood, Christchurch NZ
